We had a very short time period to look at houses before we had to head back to Nevada, and Alex really helped us get the touring and offer done in 48 hours. He also was able to get us a next day inspection so we could be there for that! Alex was always checking in on us, letting us know what was going on, and making sure we felt taken care of so far away.

On our way to Minnesota from Nevada we had unexpected car issues and weren’t sure we would be able to make it on time for our closing. Alex was absolutely AMAZING during this. He worked with the mortgage broker and title company to come up with a solution for us. During this he was calling all of the people involved in selling the house and then calling us to keep us updated with what we could do. Within 20 minutes Alex had figured out the best solution, and eased everyone’s minds. He was so helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us during this already stressful time.

A bonus of working with Alex is getting to meet the cutest dogs! Petting a dog is the best way to relieve stress while touring 20 homes in 2 days!

Recently Alex helped us sell our house and purchase a new one. Not only was this the best real estate service I’ve personally experienced but the best overall customer service experience. Alex is second to none on response time and follow up. He would sometimes apologize if it took him 15 minutes to respond 😁. He had a great understanding of the market and we ended up selling on the high end of our expectations. They did an excellent job with the listing and got many eyes on the property. When we ran into some issues on our inspection, he was able to calm us down and he was able to come up with a reasonable solution. He is well connected and has many resources available if you should need it. He attended the inspection of our purchase and when he was notified that the roof had hail damage he had a good contractor over to the house in 20 minutes who was able to document the damage and provide a quick estimate for a new roof, which the seller ended up paying for.
