With over 14 years of experience in negotiations, starting at 19 years old arbitrating large settlements for companies like GE and Chase, Alex entered real estate in 2016 and has been a top producer ever since. “Every new perspective and strategy inspires me. The best way I’ve found to do that is by staying in the circle of the top minds in the nation.” In addition to working with his clients one-on-one, Alex regularly teaches top agents across the country, local business owners, and marketing professionals about how and why his engagement marketing strategy is so effective. Born in Rochester and raised in Riceville, Iowa, wrestling was his favorite sport in high school. He was a 4-time letter winner, a member of the 100 wins club, with multiple championships and state qualifications. “Wrestling taught me how to learn from every win and loss, how to think strategically, and the self-control to manage myself.” Alex graduated with four years on the Dean’s List from Luther College, where he studied sociology and statistics. Prior to entering real estate, Alex entered the consultant circuit as the youngest in his territory, where he quickly became a top producer. His success ultimately led to his recruitment into real estate. He enjoys reading and spending time with his Alaskan Malamute dogs: Ayla, Atlas, and Kaia – who are featured in much of his marketing
